Scope of the contract

As part of its efforts to reduce car dependency among its members, CODHA has asked mobilidée to help it set up a car-sharing solution.

Suggested solutions

The preparatory phase of the project consisted of a needs assessment (accessibility, ease of use and booking, long-term booking, outsourcing of handling and breakdown services, variety of packages, monitoring). A pilot project was carried out with residents of the new Jonction eco-district, before being gradually extended to all current and future CODHA buildings.

Purchase of a new fleet of vehicles, including contracts for maintenance, repair and cleaning contracts at preferential rates

Establishment of a car sharing system (Codhality) with:

• Subscription packages
• Contract, rules and general terms of use
• Provision of a web application to manage reservations and monitor usage and consumption
• Provision of analytical tools to facilitate fleet management
