Solving issues related to mobility can lead to the implementation of specific services for proposing advice on a given site, developing eco-mobile delivery or offering commuters alternatives to using their own car.
Among the solutions being rolled out at present by mobilidée, we should mention the Guichet mobile de la région de Nyon [Mobile desk for the Nyon region], the urban stewarding system Bienvenue!, and also the environmentally friendly goods transportation solution Caddie service, along with carsharing management tools. The two best-known services at present are Noctambus and Centrale Mobilité, which serves the industrial zone of Plan-les-Ouates.
CitéZEN is an urban mediation service developed by mobilidée. This turnkey solution aims to create a harmonious and safe environment in both public and private spaces.
The service relies on a team of professionals trained in prevention and conflict management. They are experts in community-based mediation in public spaces. The team operates in a preventive manner, engaging solely through dialogue to ensure user safety or to restore calm in public areas.
Set up in 2011, the Centrale Mobilité was created by mobilidée in order to offer users in the industrial zone of Plan-les-Ouates (ZIPLO) a whole range of solutions to encourage responsible mobility. Operating today as an autonomous and independent structure, it supports the organisations and businesses at the site with the management of mobility for their staff. In 2015, this project was awarded the Prix cantonal de développement durable (Cantonal prize for sustainable development).
